Requesting waste collection is simple. Create an account or log in to your KaziCollect dashboard, click “Request Collection,” select your waste type, enter your pickup location, and submit your request. A nearby verified collector will be notified and assigned to your pickup.
Collectors earn money for every completed collection request. Payments are processed securely through approved payment methods such as Mobile Money and are transferred according to the platform’s payment schedule. Collectors can track their earnings directly from their dashboard.
KaziCollect supports a wide range of waste categories including household waste, plastic waste, organic waste, paper and cardboard, electronic waste (e-waste), metal waste, and commercial waste. Available waste categories may vary depending on your location.
Once your request has been submitted, you can log in to your KaziCollect dashboard to monitor its progress in real time. You’ll be able to see when a collector has been assigned, when they are on the way, and when the collection has been successfully completed.
KaziCollect currently serves selected districts and urban areas across Uganda, with coverage continuing to expand. During the request process, you can check whether collection services are available in your location. If your area is not yet covered, you can join our waiting list for future expansion updates.
Yes. All collectors must complete a verification process before receiving collection requests. This helps maintain safety, trust, and service quality across the platform. Verification may include identity documents, contact information, and other required details.
